Answers to common questions about our services

What's the shelf life of cheese?

All cheeses, like wine, are living things. Specially ours as they are 100% natural. Fresh cheese like Cambrie ripen with every passing week and is best consumed within 4 weeks. It stays best in the chiller tray just below the freezer.

Harder cheeses like Gouda, Parmesan have a shelf life of 6 months when stored between 1 and 4 Deg Celsius. If, for some reason, there is fungus, you can just cut it out and rest is good to eat.

Can I store cheese in the freezer?

NO. Our cheeses do not contain any artificial ingredients, emulsifiers etc. and so cannot be stored in the freezer. Ideal storage is top shelf of the refrigerator at around 4 Deg Celsius

How soon do you deliver?

We'd love to do it within hours, but it generally takes a day or two.
