A unique fusion of two French style cheeses. The Normandie classics Camembert and Brie. Soft, delicious fresh cheese with a white rind. This cheese ripens with passage of time and can be enjoyed slightly drizzled with honey and fresh Thyme leaves and baked in an OTG till just a bit oozy. Perfect with a baguette or other breads.
