Smoked Mozzarella 200G

Net Wt: 200G Shelf life 3 months Traditional mozzarella has high moisture content. This smoked version has lower moisture resulting in a more intense flavour. The outside has almond colour skin and a light interior. It is used widely to top pizzas and generally as a substitute to regular mozzarella.
